Maddie Harmon is a Nashville-based freelance tracking and mixing engineer. Over the last several years, she has worked alongside Ryan Hewitt and served as one of the Dolby Atmos mixers for Universal Music Group’s Dolby Atmos initiative at East Iris Studios. She has been involved with the Atmos mixing for hundreds of projects, including Noah Kahan’s Stick Season (2023), Kesha’s Gag Order (2023), and Stephen Sanchez’ Angelface (2023), among many others. In addition to Atmos mixing, Maddie has also worked with various artists, including the award-winning metal band Megadeth on their album The Sick, The Dying... And The Dead! (2022) as well as Cody Jinks’ Change the Game (2024), where she helped to oversee the entire process—tracking, stereo mixing, and Atmos mixing—all the way through. Maddie continues to engineer and mix projects for a variety of artists, including mxmtoon, Maggie Antone, and more to be released later this year.
