As Manager of Music Industry Content & Programs with the Dolby Creator Lab team at Dolby Laboratories, Ben joined Dolby in 2018 with a mission to inspire and empower creatives with the tools and knowledge to harness the full potential of immersive audio, while supporting partners across the Dolby Atmos music ecosystem.

Ben is the creator and co-host of the Dolby Music Community Sessions, a series that connects global creatives and industry partners to share the latest developments within the Dolby Atmos music ecosystem. He also co-hosts the Dolby Creator Talks podcast music episodes, highlighting the work and stories of creative teams and how they bring immersive music to life using Dolby Atmos.

With over 22 years of professional music industry experience, Ben’s presence is notable at events such as NAMM, CES, AES, SXSW, and ADE, where he shares insights on immersive audio and its impact on music production. Ben is a member of The Recording Academy, Audio Engineering Society, A2IM, and the Music Business Association, reflecting his commitment to the advancement of the music industry.
